There are excellent opportunities for children to discuss different homes around the world, with more opportunities for older children to label objects (matching words to items). The home options are New York, Mongolia, Yemen and Guatemala, with different activities available according to region i.e. sewing in Guatemala, playing on a virtual iPad in New York. Different books and radio stations are available in each language, helping children to develop an awareness of other languages. The app itself is available in 59 languages, excellent for bilingual families.
